• Legal supervision of 3 Contracts on A-1 Motorway – Sections Czerniewice – Brzezie, Brzezie – Kowal and Kowal – Sójki (90 km of Motorway). These were Red FIDIC based contracts. Global value of all projects was around PLN 3,billion;
• Advisory for the Contract Engineer on Warsaw Chopin Airport (FIDIC);
• leader of the legal team representing the Employer (State Treasury) in two UNCITRAL arbitration against one of the major contractors of a motorway – the value of the dispute: about PLN 60,000,000 (Red FIDIC) – 90% of the claim successfully defended – arbitration lasted more than 2 years;
• Representation of the International Designer against GDDKiA in Polish National Court – claim value (without interests) say PLN 31,000,000. Dispute refers to design of say 150 km of Motorway in Poland.
• Legal supervision of the Contract for modernization of the railway line E59 Poznań – Wrocław Sections Luboń – Poznań and Czempiń – Mosina (33 km). These is Red FIDIC based contract. Global value of the project is say PLN 460,million. Legal assistance was limited to "on Site” services – legal claim management.
• Current legal service relating to E 65 railway line rendered for designer - value of agreement PLN 27,000,000.
• Current legal service for the subcontractor in relation to acoustic barriers on highways – cumulative contracts value say PLN 40,000,000.
• Representation of the International Designer against the Municipality of Poznań in Polish National Court – claim value say PLN 5,500,000. Dispute refers to design works in preparation for EURO 2012.
• Representation of the international designer company on highway project – possible litigation with claim value say PLN 7,000,000.
• Representation International Designer Company upon National Court against PKP PLK S.A. (Railway Employer) – claim value say EURO 760.000 – amicable settlement achieved
• representation of the UK Contractor (Claimant) against Polish Contractor – main Contract was Red FIDIC and case related to construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant. Award in favour of the Claimant, due amount executed; arbitration lasted more than 4 years.
