Law Firm Archanowicz Bieńkowski i Wspólnicy was established by Legal Counsel Andrzej Archanowicz and Advocate Damian Bieńkowski, who cooperate together since 2006. Andrzej Archanowicz and Damian Bieńkowski together with accompanying team of lawyers rely upon several years of experience in providing legal services for clients, in particular entities from infrastructure branch like contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, contract engineers and supervision inspectors as well as employers both public and private. In recent years our Law Firm provided legal services connected with design or design & build of highways, railways, airports, stadiums, wastewater treatment plants, development of waterworks, other smaller infrastructure ventures and housing.

Our knowledge followed by practice allowed us to achieve the goal, which was establishment of specialized law office, where clients performing investment processes can find a complete legal service.

In Poland we are one of the most experienced legal teams that supports investments based on FIDIC Contract Conditions. In this regard, we also cooperate with independent experts from the Association of Consulting Engineers and Surveyors (SIDIR – Polish Member of FIDIC). We also represent our clients starting in public procurements upon the National Board of Appeal (KIO), as well as in administrative courts.
